Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific item.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
